What We're Looking for in You:
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable around technology and willing and able to quickly learn new applications and software.
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Basic understanding of principles relevant to property administration.
  • Be ambitious, a great team player and a nice person to have around the office.
  • Be extremely self-sufficient and able to make decisions on your own. Procrastinators need not apply!
  • Show a strong desire to help people and a positive attitude at all times even when you are feeling grumpy (this is more important than anything else on this page!).
What You’ll Be Up To:

You will use your skills and knowledge in the property industry to provide some or all of the following administrative assistance to our clients:
  • Property Sourcing - searching online for your next purchase.
  • Booking of viewings.
  • Spareroom or Rightmove inbox and advert management.
  • Rent roll and credit control.
  • Purchase receipts and expenses.
  • Handling general enquiries and liaising with clients, tenants and suppliers.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and late payment notices.
  • Screening and processing tenant applications.
  • Preparing and filing all contracts and leases.
  • Arranging for repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Updating client and tenant details on the system.


  • South Africa Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Property administration experience.
