Job description

MISSION:

The mission for this role is to assist the Head of Business continuity with building a robust placement department with strong processes and reporting to ensure maxim placements and retention. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the placement department and other HR-related tasks.

 



OUTCOMES

1. SALES: Development placement processes.

2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Set up and maintain tracking tools to monitor recruitment and placement rates.

3. EBITDA: Manage relevant line item costs to ensure department remains under annual budget by 31/12/2021

4. HIRING AND DEVELOPMENT: Together with Head of BC manage Recruitment and Placement Consultant and 2 recruitment/placement administrators development and report on their development quarterly.

5. STRATEGY: Develop a new placement stakeholder engagement process flow to ensure better engagement with the potential employers and ensure better placement ad retention rates.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Bachelor of Arts: Human Resources OR equivalent
• 10 years recruitment and or placement experience

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inclusive of but not limited to the following functions:

1. Recruitment & Placements

-          Ensure systems, processes are in place and adhered to

-          Engage with key stakeholders

-          Build and maintain relationships with potential employers

-          Manage placement department

-          Manage placement reporting and tracking on ZOHO recruit

-          Provide weekly placement reports to Exco team and clients

1. BBBEE

-          Assist Head of BC as required

1. HR

-          Assist with IR issues when required

-          Assisted with HR-related tasks as required

1. WSP /ATR Submissions

-          Assist Head of BC with the submission as required
