A fine-dining restaurant, that specialises in Italian and Mediterranean meals, is looking for an assistant general manager in Cape Town.

Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a management position
- Customer-focused
- Ability to plan and execute projects
- Results orientated
- Passionate about the industry
- Passionate about training and development
- Ability to manage all financial aspects of the restaurant
- Accurately report on business environment
- Strong in both FOH and BOH
- Team player and prepared to get your hands dirty
- Willing to work shifts
- Great communication and problem solving skills
- Trustworthy and honest
