Job description

The role of the deal finder call centre consultant would be to identify deal opportunities based on customer online behaviour and lead score.

Key Performance Areas:
  • Consultant scans Sharpspring report on an ongoing basis to identify deal opportunities based on customer online behaviour and lead score
  • Determine lead status (CMS information)
  • e.g.   In sales process
  • e.g.   Customer not contacted yet
  • e.g.   Customer still browsing, hasn't completed form, not contacted
  • Deal Finder Research profile of vehicles browsed by Customer
  • E-mail Customer with alternative vehicles (Template)
  • 48 hour telephonic/WhatsApp business follow up
  • Briefing phonecall from Deal Finder to Sales Manager (provide details of customer and their interest)
  • Allocate to relevant sales manager
  • SM re-allocates to sales executive on CMS
  • Continues in regular Sales and follow-up process

 

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Minimum)
  • Fais /NCR accreditation (essential)
  • Minimum one (one) year inbound call centre experience (essential)
  • Sales experience
  • Automotive knowledge (essential)
  • Motor industry experience
