Senior Sales Consultant/Client Service

• Sell the services and solutions that the company offers.
• Maintain and grow a strong client base.
• Build strong relationships and network with new and existing clients.
• Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals.
• Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries.
• Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the company’s brand and values.

• Strong negotiating and selling skills.
• Be well-groomed and presentable.
• Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.
• Ability to give professional presentations.
• Not buckle under pressure and be very target driven.
• Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel as well as the run of the mill CRM systems.
• Be calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
• Some experience taking charge of a sales drive, and influencing a sales and/or client service team to achieve results is a plus
• Be able to deliver your own portfolio and work independently.

• At least 10 years of sales experience
• Sales experience in a B 2 B environment.
• Sales experience on food, beverage or consumables to predominantly corporate and hospitality markets
• Sales experience in products, services and solutions
• A proven track record of sales
• Up to date, contactable references
