Website publisher and DTP – Specialist (TEMP)
The Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa NPC (FPI), a SAQA recognized professional body, is seeking a skilled Website publisher and DTP – Specialist (TEMP), to join the Marketing department on a Temporary base of 2 months with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will independently, and in collaboration with senior management, have responsibility for the following duties and others as assigned:
- Design and publish social media content.
Plan and coordinate a schedule of social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube andother relevant platforms that expand FPI’s social media audience base.
Source, compile and create and develop social media content.
Manage social media content and ensure posting is done on a consistent basis.
Implement and ensure adherence to the social media policy and framework.
Build relationships with relevant influencers and stakeholders.
Provide monthly digital social media reports by no later than 20th of each month.
Keep abreast of social media developments, trends, and opportunities.
Write, create, or compile content for a variety of audiences.
Plan, develop and execute national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site
strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
Interface with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product
Develop, manage, and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support
materials, research papers, and brochures.
Plan, source, compile and develop newsletter content.
Deliver three newsletters to FPI database on a quarterly basis: Members / Consumers / Educational.
Manage design templates and overall CI
Upload content onto WORDPRESS for three websites.
Manager CMS, optimize SEO, ensure content is up to date and has a consistent tone.
Deliver effective and innovative digital campaigns.
Generate a monthly digital calendar with three posts per week.
Administration and reporting:
Coordinate Pay-Per-Click advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance.
Maintain presence on third party sites, keeping all messaging current.
Implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others.
Manage digital touch points, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
Coordinate multimedia packages.

Compile and provide monthly Google analytics and SCO reports.
Compile and provide monthly digital social media reports.
General correspondence and administration completed accurately and timeously.
Professional image maintained in all communication.
Qualification and experience:
Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Strong project management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Wordpress is a muxt and Adobe skills knowledge and skills:

The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days per week, at a remuneration of R 1 500.00 per day.
