Job description

Seeking the maturity and seasoned Client Service skills of a smart, strategically-minded professional who can lead a team (positively) and engage with various levels of external stakeholders and interpret (and handle) the pressures & ever-changing demands of the decision makers with whom you will be engaging.

You will be responsible:

  • To support, motivate and lead a team of Client facing, super organised Project Managers
  • To drive the commercial success of your client portfolio by contributing positively to managing the P&L and ensure profitability on assigned work.
  • For the Client relationship and any assigned work – working alongside other Client Leads and PMs.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business ensuring client strategic objectives are understood and delivered against and as well as encourage strategic client engagement.

  • Expected to have a complete overview at all times of client’s campaigns (SOW and expectations) within your Client portfolio
  • Manage all briefs within your  portfolio and ensure you provide support for your team
  • Ensure briefs are aligned to client strategic objectives and output results in superb delivery to client
  • Work with the creative teams to provide excellent solution for your client's needs


  • Minimum of 6 years experience operating at a senior/managerial level- managing teams and large accounts
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a Marketing/Consulting environment at a Senior level
  • At least 10 years’ having been directly accountable to work with client, liaise and engage on budgets, price quotes/CEs and invoices
  • A sound knowledge of the structures and processes in the agency
