This person needs to be willing to go the extra mile and know their way around the Google suite and be able to put together documents.
- Manage after-sale requests and processes
- Compiling of presentations in Google Slides
- Confidence to liaise with clients directly when needed
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- An understanding of print and media schedule processes would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Must be well spoken
- Resourceful - able to get the best quotes and deals
- Dynamic and self motivated
- Can work under pressure
- Personal assistant tasks
