In 2020, Conversion Advantage added two new businesses to its portfolio. Coffee Craft, a French Coffee Café and School of Digital Marketing.

We are offering a grand opportunity. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager/ Brand Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for:
  1. Positioning CA as the leading Digital Marketing Agency across South Africa; in doing so attract more premium clients to use the agencies digital marketing services. Create marketing strategies to further increase our local and international client base. Digitally make CA’s Agency brand look cool, inspiring, relevant, and vibrant. Build a brand following of 20,000 Marketing Managers and Business Owners. Increase monthly billings to R1.5m – R2m per month.
  2. School of Digital Marketing – Drive extensive local and national awareness with the objective to enrol more on campus and online students. The goal is to enrol 100 school leavers and post graduate students for the 2022 intake. Increase online student intake to 10 per month. Increase training revenue to R350,000 – R800,000 per month.
  3. Coffee Craft – Increase daily feet count to Coffee Craft to increase monthly revenue to R250,000 – R300,000+.
What you will be doing:
  • Growing all three brands into brand leaders in their respective business categories.
  • Create extensive awareness and brand appeal using PR, Social and Digital Marketing. Strategies. Running promotions. Creating advertising campaigns and communication strategies.
  • Creating, updating, maintaining websites and digital communications.
  • Ensure all brands are digitally active 52 weeks of the year,
  • Brands are digitally thriving.
  • Deliver a premium brand experience across all marketing assets.
  • Ensure CA and School of Digital Marketing Sales teams get a steady monthly flow of quality leads to sell too.
You will be working with team of Copywriters, designers, digital strategists, digital, content, and social media marketing specialists and sales teams to execute your strategies.

  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team 
  • Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
