Do you have 10 years’ Marketing experience at a senior level? Are you an expert in omni channel and digital Marketing?

A niche retailer of beauty products (including colour cosmetics, fragrances, body sprays, and skin treatments) with a chain of approximately 165 stores throughout Southern Africa, is looking for an Omni Channel Marketing Manager to join their team.

The role is based in Johannesburg.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 10 years’ experience (a combination of consulting, digital agency and consumer products Industry experience at a senior Marketing level) 
  • Omni channel and digital Marketing experience essential
  • Strong data analytics 
  • Ability to turn analytics into data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, consultative selling  and time-management skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • An innovative self-starter
  • Leading positive change
  • High level of ownership and driving multiple projects to successful completion
  • A track record in managing the customer lifecycle and increasing loyalty
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing best practises and legislation
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute Omni-channel and customer engagement strategy for the beauty brand  
  • Define and execute strategy around loyalty programs, mobile apps and e-commerce
  • Build and optimise customer relationship marketing platforms and customer care
  • Manage social media initiatives and production of content
  • Manage social media budgets and measure ROIs across platforms
  • Manage use of influencers and eventing to enhance brand awareness
  • Manage in-store activations, as well as in-store digital and print campaigns
  • Marketing event management
  • Grow and develop a small team of 2-3 marketing staff 
  • Collaborate with Marketing agencies to achieve the company’s marketing KPIs
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to ensure all digital campaign activities are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured.
