- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data.
- Supports sales staff by providing new product information and relaying customer services requests.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Grow and maintain customer database.
- Create content for email campaigns.
- Manage and create social media content.
- Proficiency in: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Design and compile print and digital marketing material (adverts, flyers, catalogues, property packs, banners, social media, photo editing, internal communication, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases – PowerPoint presentations, proofreading, summarising of property information, updating databases, creating email campaigns.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Creative flair.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Time management.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to work in fast-paced deadline.
- Newly qualified designer/marketer.
