Job description

Pichulk (Pty) Ltd, a Cape-Town based jewellery, accessories and womenswear atelier, is looking for an online and office administrator to join their dynamic team.

This is an administrative position. Candidates must be detail-oriented and adept in technology, verbal and written communication, organization, time management and administration. The individual will be responsible for online and office administration, as well as retail support.

This is a full-time position.

Monthly salary: R14,000
Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Key Performance Areas:

 1.Online store administration and management:
  • Manage End to End Online Sales Fulfillment
  • Manage Online Customer Service
  • Management Online/Website Administration
2.Office/atelier administration:
  • Manage atelier sales
  • Answer office telephone and direct enquiries to relevant departments
  • Manage courier and postal service engagement
  • Provide office operational support
  • Fulfil office/atelier secretarial role
3. HR support:
  • Provide HR management administrative support
4. Payroll and retail administrative support:
  • Provide Payroll and Retail Administrative Support
5. Operations Support:
  • Provide production administrative support
  • Provide retail administrative support
6. Bookkeeping administrative support:
  • Provide Bookkeeping support
  • Two years' relevant experience in a secretarial, office administration and/ or online management/administration role is required.
Required education:
  • Matric (required)
  • Diploma in hospitality or office/secretarial management (advantageous)
