Our client based in Century City, Cape Town, is looking for tech-savvy customer services manager to join their growing team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is solutions orientated
  • Can work and perform under pressure
  • Understanding technical concepts
  • Is an excellent communicator
  • Has previous experience in leading and growing a team

  • Is results-driven and can drive their direct team and where necessary indirect teams
  • Is meticulous  
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
Duties: 
  • Champion customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Effectively work with the service team and be the main contact for the support team
  • Collaborate with Product to ensure QA is completed
  • Continuously provide training to new and existing clients
  • Ensure customer service needs are met in a timely manner
  • Participate and where necessary drive stand up meetings
  • Investigate and solve customer service issues
  • Supporting and driving client retention
  • Oversee and manage that all customer-related details are on the CRM
  • Ad hoc requirements
Requirements: 
  • A matric certificate. 
  • A minimum of five years of working experience in a similar environment
  • A minimum of five years of working experience in a similar position
  • Ability to lead a small team
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • CRM experience (Hubspot would be to your advantage
  • Must have valid driver’s license
