Head of Content - Publishing

We are looking for a Head of Content and Publishing. In this role you will be tasked to oversee and lead best in class content strategies and programmes for new and existing clients across the agency. You will take responsibility for the development of content initiatives of all forms to drive new and current business – with the ability to plan content strategies that work across owned, earned, paid and shared channels. You will have proven editorial skills, be a great storyteller, with an understanding of how to create content that earns attention.
You will have the ability to lead and inspire teams of content creators and strategists to achieve stand out creative work, with the ability to back up ideas with strong rationale on the behaviour of the audience and the landscape the client is operating in.Key components of the role are
- Creativity: contribution to creative development of ideas for clients and new prospects – working closely with our Creative Strategists and Creative Directors to develop ideas, as well as leading on audience mapping and showing how an understanding of our audience should inform recommendations around content, channels and formats.
- Platforms + tools: demonstrating strong knowledge of social platforms, analytics tools, audience mapping tools, influencer identification tools, social publishing and tracking software.
- Leadership: leading and inspiring a team of content creators and strategists to achieve stand out creative work, with the ability to back up ideas with strong rationale on the behaviour of the audience and the landscape the client is operating in.
