Client Liaison Consultant

Core function:

The client liaison consultant is responsible for analysing complaints and making recommendations on complaint resolution and prevention.

Minimum requirements:
  • MS Office – intermediate level
  • Legal qualification will be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Good listener and effective communicator
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with a difficult client
 Responsibilities:
  • Responding to incoming calls/emails from clients who wish to discuss their complaints;
  • Requesting and assembling documentation required to evaluate complaints;
  • Recording complaint information in database and maintaining accurate and timely records of complaints;
  • Providing clients with timely feedback on the progress of the complaint investigation;
  • Provide recommendations on complaint resolution, including recommendations to escalate complaints to a higher level within our process;
  • Complaints root cause analysis.
Preference will be given to suitably qualified EE candidates.
