Job description

 The HR manager will be responsible to plan, implement and evaluate employee relations, policies, programs and practices.

  • Strategic planning and direction

  • Administrative efficiency


  • A bachelor’s degree or a Certificate in Human Resources/Industrial Relations would be advantageous.
  • Eight years’ experience in an HR department relating to the retail and wholesale sector.
  • Experience in leading people and do so according to a deep set of culture principles and values.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • Able to design, plan and implement innovative HR systems and processes.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills – proactive in identifying issues and address these thoroughly
  • Design, implement and maintain innovative policies and procedures to promote cooperation and workplace harmony, consistency and fairness.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve HR practices and systems
  • Handling of all disciplinary actions in accordance with the relevant legislation.
  • General administrative duties.
