Duties/responsibilities (not limited to only below)
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints, resolving grievances
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures
  • Recruitment involvement
Job type: Full-time

Experience required:
  • HR qualification
  • Five+ years of experience in an HR and administration role
  • Experience to take minutes at meetings
  • Experience in compiling Standard Operating Procedures
  • Any additional appropriate diploma/degree would be favoured
