Job description

Business Doctors operate in the SME consulting market while at the same time delivering strategic services to corporate customers. Business Doctors franchisees have the option to focus on building SME consulting businesses using exclusive systems and IP. Experience gained delivering consulting services provide franchisees the option of delivering on corporate projects. Partners have additional rights to share in additional revenue streams i.e. sales commission and profit share.

This position is for a STRATEGIC PARTNER WITH BUSINESS DOCTORS. ACCESS TO NETWORK OPPORTUNITY. IMPORTANT: COULD REQUIRE INVESTMENT FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.  

Business Doctors have incorporated the following structures related to the sourcing and delivery of bespoke projects. Currently, these are primarily in the Enterprise and Supplier Development space but will grow to include corporate consulting services.

Sales commission of up to 10% is earned through the following activities:
  • Developing the company’s client base in line with company strategy and sales targets.
  • Cross-selling and introducing clients to company services and products.
  • Building marketing visions and strategies towards achieving company revenue targets.
  • Commission is earned through active sourcing and closing deals.
  • Referral commission is paid at half of the full commission structure as referral commission
Project profit share up to 15% earned through the following activities:
  • Achieving superior financial performance by increasing or maintaining project margins;
  • Maintaining good financial disciplines ensuring monthly invoicing and payments in line with defined project commercial ;
  • Guiding partners and consultant teams towards achieving project milestones
  • Active involvement and managing of delivery qualifies partners for profit share
The following equity investment levels have been structured in line with return on investment levels:
  1. Senior Partner – Business Development, overall project team and customer management. Initial equity investment of R220,000 covering training and franchise costs.
  2. Partner – Project solution and scoping, project commercials and delivery. Initial equity investment of R120,000 covering training and franchise costs.
  3. Consultant – Project delivery, onsite consulting. Initial equity investment of R22,000 covering training and franchise costs.
The Senior Partner and Partner structures exists within the franchise structure leveraging IP, Resources and platforms to provide differentiated and exclusive services.

Duties and responsibilities

As a Business Doctors partner, you'll have considerable responsibilities:
  • Develop lasting client relationships and build business success stories
  • Be a major contributor to the growth of the company, both internally and externally 
  • Be accountable, along with your project teams, for securing, delivering initiatives and projects thereby achieving results
  • Play fundamental roles in key internal processes such as training, recruiting, coaching and social corporate responsibility
  • Be an acknowledged expert in at least one capability and one industry

Requirements

  • Perfect position for retrenched or retired individual.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in a managerial/consulting/sales role. 
  • Good communication skills - oral, written and interpersonal communication skills especially presentational skills. 
  • Professional individual, self-motivator, self starter. 
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Driven and go-getter. 
  • Must be able to network within businesses and wherever else is needed.
