Job description

As an award-winning marketing, CSI, PR and digital agency, we are looking for highly motivated, ambitious candidates who are passionate about the work we do for our clients.  

We are looking for an hr/administration/finance manager who can manage a demanding and key role within the business.

The requirements of the role are:
  • Minimum BCom accounting
  • or Minimum five years' experience in an administration role within a corporate environment
  • Experience working with accounting software like Sage/Pastel
  • Minimum five years experience in an HR role within a corporate environment

  • Ability to manage suppliers and staff

  • Must know and understand the requirements of the job and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and strong ability to report to Director
The day-to-day details of the job are:
  • Belong to the executive committee of the organisation and needs to display a very senior management capability and level of accountability
  • Required to work across multiple business units across at least six countries 
  • Required to manage the finance, admin function in working with senior managers of the business and the chartered accountant
  • Including assistance with proving documents and recons for VAT, PAYE, Income Tax across two countries
  • Invoicing function
  • Administration functions including new business take-ons
  • Payroll administration
  • Management of IT systems and processes at Triple Eight
  • Management of junior team members
  • Strong reporting capabilities
  • HR management and recruitment management
