We are looking for a Sales Administrator who can maintain customer relationships with Key Accounts and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Minimum requirements for the role
- Minimum matric is essential whilst a tertiary qualification in a sales and marketing discipline is preferred.
- Previous sales admin experience is essential.
- Computer literacy is essential with a good working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Previous knowledge working with FMCG clients would be preferred.
- Must be able to maintain and build customer relationships.
- Must be able to track and follow up on all outstanding queries.
- Excellent and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
- Close Proximity to Wynberg, Sandton
- Own Vehicle
- Product knowledge expert
- Updating price files
- Loading of product images to retail databases
- New product development meetings and feedback
- Sales meeting reports
- Strong communication skills for all follow-ups
- Ongoing communication with sales reps and merchandisers
