Job description

Execute the complete process of placing and communicating product orders to international suppliers. Keep record and follow up on administrative actions required for the production of the relevant products.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Logical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Previous experience in purchasing


  • Minimum qualification of grade 12
  • At least three years’ experience in a purchasing administrative position
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fully bilingual: English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and analytically
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure
  • Strong team player
