• Generate ideas, develop concepts and campaigns based on client briefs.
• Conceptualise, storyboard and present ideas both internally and to clients.
• Maintain high standards of execution and attention to detail.
• The ability to brief, guide and inspire younger team members.
• Creatively lead both large scale integrated projects as well as ongoing daily projects.
• Be in the know: you should always be aware of the latest consumer and digital trends. 
• Collaborating well with your team and other departments is a given.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in an ad agency environment. 
• Experience conceptualising and executing integrated through-the-line campaigns. 
• A passion for ideas that truly connect with people. 
• A kick-ass portfolio of your work as a team. 
• Relevant degree or diploma.
