Job description

We're looking for an experienced digital, creative, and content manager, a great leader who will inspire others, taking our client's creative and digital strategies to a new level. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for copywriting, web/graphic design, and a drive to inspire creative ideas that connect with highly sophisticated online audiences for our clients.  

You will bring your creative inspiration, digital marketing savvy, and content operation expertise. As a manager: digital, creative, and content marketing, you are responsible for the creation and optimisation of our client's content marketing/copywriting and web/graphics design projects. Your focus is on scaling our client's businesses by focusing on lowering cost per acquisition through clever and innovative use of the content, design, technology, and marketing principles. If you are a talented marketer, love design and content and technology, and want to be part of an innovative and fast-growing company, then we welcome your application. 

Responsibilities:
  • Research and discovery to gain insight for new projects
  • Writing clear, persuasive, original copy relevant to the target market
  • Keyword research for SEO and PPC Ad Copy
  • SEO analytics and implementation of results to improve SEO strategies
  • Highly effective communication with clients to understand objectives, and thereby build strong marketing campaigns
  • Writing of articles, PPC Ad Copy and website content (SEO and none SEO related)
  • Must be flexible in writing style and tone as articles are written for various industries and get distributed to different channels
  • Critical editing and final review of articles, website content, and proposals before project completion
  • Blogging articles on various channels, strictly following content strategy
  • Basic CMS skills are necessary for blog building and maintenance
  • Implement an agile methodology approach regarding article workflow, from delegation straight through to social media
  • Amending, revising or redeveloping campaigns in response to feedback from the creative internal teams or clients 
  • Working on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar  
  • Liaising with content producers, designers, and developers
  • Manage and oversee web design, graphic design, including SEO strategy/implementation and content marketing strategy and execution, collaborating with other team members
  • Lead your team to design and develop creative pieces, including landing pages, websites, banners, and interactive UI
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by management and other departments from time-to-time
  • Thorough understanding of digital communications 


Requirements

Requirements 
  • Knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of search engine optimisation and advanced editing skills
  • Project management skills, adept at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
  • Five+ years of related experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing a vision and the messaging platform to overseeing production on time and budget
  • Understanding and expertise creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print
  • Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search through Google, re-targeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and or Sketch
  • Ability to research, prototype and create wire-frames
  • Broad knowledge of digital technologies, with a passion for self-teaching and staying up-to-date on emerging trends
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and hard-working
  • A team player with a positive outlook and excellent communication skills
