Campaign Administrator/Manager

Job description

The role as a campaign administrator:

You are responsible for the management of digital media campaigns. This essentially involves ensuring that campaigns go live as per the Media plan & Strategy. Your role is to ensure all campaigns/projects are executed and delivered to achieve maximum results.

You will be expected to have the ability to manage multiple campaigns, have great communication skills (both internally and with clients) and have high attention to detail.
  • Trafficking of all schedules that are sent for booking
  • Working with relevant tracking software and PHD processes
  • Responsibility for receiving creative, sending tags, screenshots etc
  • Creating of creative specs documents and working closely with creative agencies
  • Create UTM’s / tracking code if required
  • Compiling of all reports
  • Ensure that all campaigns deliver on time as per the schedule end date.
