Office Administrator

  • A typical day would involve: accurate typing, editing and formatting of admin documentation
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic debtors’ function by managing suppliers and suppliers accounts
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and the public
  • Filing /archiving /data capturing 
  • New client take-in procedures
  • Debtors collection
  • Preparation of quotes and assisting thereof
  • Adhoc tasks given by management
  • Must have knowledge of SARS (e-filing system and functions, assistance with submissions and changes on e-filing)
  • Matric
  • Secretarial/bookkeeping Certificate or any other similar office administrator qualification (2–3 years working experience min)
  • Highly Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • English (Afrikaans is a plus) with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Office administration skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant
