Job description

Primary duties:
  • Execute innovative and engaging identity systems and creative brand communications in a variety of online and physical media
  • High-level graphic design and art direction
  • Systematically help guide assignments within a team
  • Direct the creative process and give guidance within a team
  • Quality check creative outputs
  • Conceptualise and direct projects and  creative campaigns
  • Work efficiently and effectively with clients to produce optimal brand communication outcomes
  • Develop innovative ways in which to convey the desired message
  • Collaborate on the development and writing of  creative brand strategies
  • Help project manage campaign timelines and milestone
  • Presenting creative to stakeholders
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Manage own time and help the operations manager to coordinate time of the creative team
Secondary duties will include but not be limited to:
  • To professionally support the Chief Brand Architect 
  • Project managing specific assignments to ensure smooth operations of the company
  • To help build the reputation of the company as leading brand architects


Requirements

Key competencies:
  • Impeccable design and good communication skills with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Track record in User interface design 
  • Good organisational, time-management and project management skills
  • Leadership - inspiring the best from the team
  • Inspire radical ideas and creative problem solving 
  • Tell great stories and have a positive can-do attitude
  • Decision-making skills
  • Foster teamwork
  • Be proactive
  • Strong creative background
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Extensive knowledge of graphic fundamentals, print and digital/web capabilities, as well as marketing and advertising principles.
