Job description
Join a full-service integrated agency working as a Digital Account Manager on a large retail brand.Responsibilities
- Build long lasting relationships with clients
- Ensure effective communication between the agency and the client
- Develop and assist in taking briefs
- Execute briefs professionally
- Manage process of campaign costs, invoicing and status documents
- Manage client campaigns and ensure effective delivery in accordance to KPI's
- Maintain and grow knowledge of industry and digital marketing trend
Requirements
- Three+ years experience in digital marketing is essential
- Degree or relevant qualification in marketing, advertising and digital
- Experience working on retail accounts, specifically within the beverage/alcohol industry
- Experience within a digital or marketing agency
- Understanding of client service and project management
- Proven experience in running campaigns
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Workbook, Figma and data analysis platforms would be advantageous
