We looking for a talented and progressive team manager to join our team, managing a group of 10 front line agents for a busy pet food customer service department. This role will be ideal for an existing team manager that is looking for a more challenging environment.Desired experience:
Experience working in a UK contact centre or an SA centre with UK clients will be a distinct advantage. Key roles and responsibilities:
Managing the day to day operations of a small team you will be responsible for ensuring that all your team exceed the key KPI's of volume quality and customer satisfaction.
Customer-centric management that put the customers needs at the centre of management and operational considerations.
Responsible for implementing a coaching culture ensuring that all staff receive frequent feedback and feel valued in the team.
Demonstrate an understanding of key call centre metric like, average handle time, C-SAT or similar customer satisfaction metrics
- Great communicator
- Minimum two years of contact centre experience
- Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills
- Coaching skills
- Good client management skills
- Performance management skills
- Managing siscipline in the workplace.
- Owning a cat.
To perform the role of a homeworker you will need:
