We are looking for a applicant that is professional and mature that is looking for a half day role
The type of applicant we looking for is between 25-35 years old with good computer literacy 

Position: Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter (Office based)

Your primary position will be to generate leads on behalf of three of our clients that we represent in South Africa.
In short we help companies build sales ready pipelines and lead generation funnels

Responsibilities:

• Checking email calendars daily and respond to all warm leads in real time with the intention of securing a demo
• Calling all leads generated via email campaigns and qualifying up to clients and company criteria then booking a demo
• Being the face of our clients by engaging with leads in a clear but friendly approach
• Following company procedures and booking demo's on behalf of our clients into they calendars
• Doing reminder calls to remind and confirm that the prospect will attend
• Hit daily, weekly targets (Full training given)

Experience needed/needs non-negotiables:

Please do not apply for the position if you do not reside in Table View or in a 5km radius

• Must have excellent English. Written and speaking
• High computer literacy skills
• Experience in business to business
• Experience using the phone

Please do not apply if you have call centre experience

Salary/finer details:

• Basic salary: R4500 per month. Hours 08:00-13:00 (worst case 14:00 when required)
• Monthly KPI bonus of R5000 if targets are hit and clients happy
