Job description

Our award-winning agency is looking for a skilled creative retoucher to join our team of passionate, dedicated professionals. The successful applicant will be someone who sees themselves as continually pushing the boundaries of creativity and productivity, able to efficiently craft, as well as deliver quality below-the-line work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Specialist retouching of photographic images for use in both print and digital
• Colour correction and colour consistency
• Deep-etching and composition
• Collaboration with creative directors to interpret client brief and photographic briefs

Requirements

• Master creative retoucher with minimum of years' experience
• Expert in stills, especially Pack shot Key visuals and vehicle photography for print and digital
• Able to craft images to Award-winning standards as well as efficiently produce high volume work
• Visual literacy
• Adaptable, flexible, efficient
• Solid grounding in colour grading, etching and compositing 
• Software skills: Adobe Photoshop (advanced user), Illustrator
• Comfortable in colour managed workflows
• Mac User

Optional skills:

• Basic knowledge of 3D would be to your advantage: Blender, 3Ds Max
