Job description

Helion Research is seeking a quality supervisor to manage the quality department.

This person needs to have extensive experience in managing staff and be focused on delivering quality. 

Experience within the Mystery Shopping environment will be an advantage.

The quality team is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are delivered to the customer within the deadline and that all quality standards and processes are met.

This role within Helion Research will be a management role.

As a quality supervisor, you will manage and support the quality team and will be responsible for:
  • Overall quality with the team (video and non-video projects)
  • Recruitment, training and management of freelance editors/video mystery shoppers
  • Quality process management (planning and follow up)
  • Quality checking and monitoring
  • Reporting feedback on quality of editors/shoppers
  • Quality strategy and improvement
  • Managing team members, daily workloads and capacity
  • Managing and prioritising workloads based on client KPI's and deliverable
  • Coaching, mentoring and training of staff members based on performance and quality delivery
  • KPI setting, monitoring and management
  • Management of project budgets/invoicing
  • Monitoring, managing and continuous improvement of
    • Video editing processes (in line with global standards)
    • Video equipment tracking and management of assets
    • Video and non-video editing processes
    • Video editing software

  • Interest in customer experience, service, and sales and marketing management
  • Knowledge of SPSS or any other data analysis package would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of video editing/quality within a mystery shopping environment will be an advantage
  • Previous staff management experience is essential
