Job description

To service and sanitise water coolers, installations & maintenance of purifiers and other equipment, hydroboil descales & maintenance as laid out on daily service schedule to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.


Detailed Duties & Key Performance Indicators:

 

GENERAL/MAIN DUTIES:

 
  • Receive and action job cards.
  • Install, service & sanitise water dispensers, water filtration systems and hydroboils as per daily jobcards.
  • Call customer on the morning of booked service date to advise on time of arrival for all services
  • Collect & deliver stock as required from supplier or client.
  • Report back daily with full details of work completed.
  • Respond to callouts.
  • Update service reports.
  • Update service level agreements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of yourself as well as the products you are installing at all times.
  • Manage and maintain your vehicle according to the vehicle policy and do necessary check once per week & submit to management.
  • Follow tasks through to completion at all times.

 

SALES DUTIES:

 
  • To be active in selling to new and existing customers.
  • Write quotes in quote book for admin staff to fulfil.

 

OTHER:
  • Be appropriately dressed and presented at all times when representing CT Services.
  • To assist in water deliveries as required, or any other duties required on the schedule, ie. hand deliver documents.
  • Collect water samples from customers.

We are a Specialised Services Division that serves the H2O Cape Town City Bowl & Atlantic Seaboard Franchise. We specialise in the service, installation & maintenance of Water Purifiers, Water coolers, hydro-boils and chillers.

Requirements

1-2 years industry related experience in similar line of work.

Plumbing Qualification &/or Experience is a strong plus.

Matric Certificate or Diploma

Time management skills

Task organising skills

Good communication skills

Attention to detail skills (pay great attention to accuracy & reporting information)

Deadline management

Self-managed

Ability to use initiative – “think on your feet, roll with the punches and think outside the box”

Ability to work without supervision

Neat appearance, clean and well-groomed at all times

Prepared to go the extra mile to finish tasks allocated
