Job description

Looking for a vibrant PA to two directors.

Responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Acting as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the directors
  • All be required to do some personal admit for directors as well
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding Directors of important tasks/deadlines
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks support to the Directors, which vary from day to day
