Job description

This role focuses on the overall running’s of the office which includes the management of various staff members, general office administration along with a financial influence to assist the Director and bridge the gap within the team.

Job functions:
  • Office and IT related functions
  • Office management/assistant to director
  • Management of financial team
  • Knowledge of Pastel 
  • Overall management of trial balances, income statements and balance sheets
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Financial statements
  • FICA support
  • Support in the coordination of cluster drawdowns 
  • Stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate monthly management packs
Day to day tasks
  • Meeting coordination
  • Overall team management
  • General office tasks
  • Digital filing
  • Hard filing
  • Data capture
  • General correspondence
  • Expense claim processing and management


  • Degree/Diploma with some aspect of financial background 
  • Three to five years’ work experience
  • Required to travel - on occasion
  • Own transport required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Pastel and Excel
  • Professional in conduct
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Results driven
  • The ability to think creatively and quickly when required
  • The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate good English skills (good business writing skills included)
  • Demonstrate proactive thinking skills and ability to make decisions
  • Ability to build relationships
