Job description

As the Marketing Digital Coordinator, you will play a fundamental role in our small team. You will work closely with the owners in Europe, South Africa and India regarding the effective implementation and project planning of the marketing, communication and sales strategies. Including communications implementation, promotions, print and digital marketing, web app, software development, social media and customer relations, we expect you to have good writing and organisational talent.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordination and management:
  • Administrative support for team members
  • Deliver and Prepare marketing reports clients and productivity and presentations
  • Daily monitoring and traffic of all daily projects
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Assisting with the coordination of all production elements
  • implementing the digital and social media strategy 
  • Guiding workshops and brainstorm session (on and offline)
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans

  • A passion for client service and hospitality essential
  • Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident, with very strong interpersonal & communication skills and a proven ability to build productive relationships quickly
  • A strong working knowledge of Excel / Google sheets and Microsoft Office aswell project management tools and group tools like Slack
  • Graphic design Adobe familiarity would be great
  • Relevant Degree to support this role
  • The ability to be reactive and to work in a fast-paced environment is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Two to four years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English conversation, good with grammar and copywriting.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Very strong administrative skills
