Spa Receptionist

Our client has a new opportunity for a vibrant and polished spa receptionist who will create the ultimate spa experience for the clients by providing a warm, caring and personalised treatment reservation and reception service.
Daily responsibilities:
- Answer all calls to the salon reception
- Take and process spa reservations
- Coordinate spa bookings and therapist schedules
- Maximise spa revenue by actively promoting retail sales
- Assist with tidying and presentation of all spa areas
- Matric certification
- Previous three+ years' reception experience
- Knowledge of MS Word and email
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual would be greatly advantageous)
- Well-organised and team player
- Immaculate presentation
