Often corporate strategy includes customer gocus or client centricity and the task can be daunting to understand what is right for your organisation where you are with the resources and budget you have available.
The session will give you an overall roadmap of what a customer focussed strategy and plan might look like, but in the workshop, you will have the opportunity to personalise a roadmap that is practical for your situation.
