Who are we looking for?A dynamic, creative, and energetic Head of Marketing / Marketing Director to lead and grow our brand. You are digitally savvy, commercially minded, and passionate about building high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
What will you do?- Drive and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Manage and coordinate all brand activities across channels (TTL).
- Facilitate communication and manage key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Bring fresh thinking, creativity, and innovation to marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leads, and key marketing KPIs.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitor research and analysis.
- Identify opportunities, trends, and insights to support business growth.
What do you need?- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of web, social, e-commerce, and emerging digital technologies.
- Previous agency experience is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Confident, resourceful, decisive, and able to take initiative.
- Comfortable challenging ideas and providing constructive input in the best interests of the brand.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
