Are you a people person with a passion for sales? We are seeking a dynamic and friendly field sales representative to join our team. As a field sales representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Actively seek out new leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the sales manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willing to travel
