Job description

In Vision Marketing is on the lookout for motivated individuals who are willing to change their lives and make money in the process. Our company is a direct sales and marketing company which sells various financial products and services. No previous work experience is required as we believe we should teach candidates what we want from them instead of relying on their previous work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Evaluate customers' needs

- Create and maintain customers database

- Maintain client records

- Attend sales meetings and training

- Present and demonstrate sales proposals to potential customers

- Negotiate and close sales deals

- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

- Planning sales strategies

- Educating consumers on product features

- Resolving customer complaints

- Effectively generating sales to reach your sales target

Requirements

- Clear criminal record

- Punctuality

- Data management

- Student mentality
