A major retail client is looking for an e-commerce help centre controller to be a part of their Operations Team. This role is perfect for anyone that has had e-commerce experience specific to logistics and retail operations.
The successful applicant will be responsible for forging and maintaining strong relationships with all aspects of the e-commerce operation to ensure processes and procedures are effectively communicated and fully understood as well as to act as the point of contact for the operations and customers to resolve day to day operational issues and queries. You will also be tasked with monitoring and leading operations flow from order creation to delivery and maximizing the percentage of online orders in order to be delivered to customers on time. This all requires excellent attention to detail and ability to proactively solve problems, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment.

Supply chain and logistics experience in e-commerce retail operations
Experience with working with a contact centre, preferably within e-commerce
