Job description

The Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) department is looking for a trusted partner to take on the exciting role of IIS Client Service Manager and Commercial Business Development for Sub-Saharan Africa. This person will be reporting to the CEO IIS and Operations, SSA and will own the overall relationship and liaise with the IIS departments to support the Service Lines and Client Organisation for the good of the business. In addition, this individual will champion online commercial growth while managing marketing efforts.

Primary roles and responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with the local Service Lines and Client Organisation
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budgets
  • Monitor commercial performance against KPIs to provide recommendations for a better service and an increased business volume
  • Support strategic regional pitches and projects, consulting on design, quotation and set up
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans against new commercial opportunities
  • Support the development of the Online and Mobile business plans for SSA
  • Understand and meet the needs of current clients while working to acquire new clients
  • Collaborate and coordinate diverse teams, including marketing, sales, customer service, etc.
  • Work with Quotation and New Product Development groups to identify new business opportunities (including new online research tools)
