What we are looking for: A innovative conceptual Art Director with superb copywriting capabilities to work in the JHB agency.

What you will do: Creating conceptual designs for marketing/ advertising campaigns, reviewing client proposals to make sure they meet company standards and requirements, creating a design concept based on the company’s objectives, audience and intended message, presenting design concepts to clients for approval. Must be able to guide and teach the graphic designers, assisting in improving their skills and checking all repro files before going to print to ensure they are correct.

What you must have:

• 3-5 years experience as an art director
• Relevant tertiary degree or qualification
• Experience working in an agency
• Knowledge of design tools
• Ability to teach and mentor designers
• Kick-ass portfolio to show off your work
• A flair for copywriting
