What we are looking for: IT auditor or GRC expert. This individual will play a vital role in the sales process and ensure prospective client organisations have a strong understanding of the value our software offers.
What you will do:- Be responsible for product demonstrations and assist the services team with proof of concepts (POCs) and the sales team with tender responses
- Demonstrate the value of the GRC software solution in presentations as well as technical proposals
- Understand clients’ challenges and suggest solutions to create value
- Manage various technical validation activities such as proof of concepts for prospective client organisations
- Work closely with the sales team to help clients to understand the value of the software to advance the sales cycle
- Compile detailed responses for client RFIs and RFPs
- Interact with clients at a senior level.
- Understand the business requirements of the prospective customers and recommend the optimal solution to meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with the Diligent HighBond product suite and its functionality
What you must have:- Has passion for the GRC and audit products as well as the internal audit domain
- Worked in an Internal audit department
- Experience with an audit or GRC platform such as ACL, Cura, Barnowl, Galvanize Diligent, etc
- Three years experience in a pre-sales/consulting role (software solutions)
