Head of Marketing / Marketing Director

Who are we looking for:  A dynamic, creative and energetic head of marketing/ marketing director who is digitally savvy, to head up and drive our brand. 

What will you do: 
  • Facilitate communication and manage all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage, coordinate and implement all brand activities cross-channel (TTL) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain the brand image across all channels
  • Provide strategic input into the marketing strategy, introduce newness, creativity and innovation into brand plans
  • Coordinate and manage social media content plans and briefs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead, manage and grow the internal marketing manager/graphic designer
  • Reporting on all KPI's, campaign success and leads on a monthly basis
  • Customer and competitor research and analysis
  • Identify trends, issues, opportunities for brand growth and development
What do you need: 
  • Tertiary or higher qualification in marketing, corporate communications, or other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 10 years' digital and marketing experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies
  • To be resourceful and multitask/prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
  • To be confident, resourceful, decisive and willing to take initiative
  • To demonstrate a hands-on approach to all aspects of marketing and communication in the business (this is critical – even with the senior level of the role, as the business has a very hands-on working style, no matter the level on seniority)
  • Out-the-box thinking and not scared to constructively interrogate a brief/idea/plan and push back in the best interest of the work and brand
  • Computer literate
  • Good with Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint
