Prepare for 'contactless deliveries' in South Africa during the Covid-19 pandemic
Hi. Do you know who we can report these courier companies to? I’m so fed up with them harassing me because I refuse to sign. I am pregnant and they are still so arrogant. Just had an argument with the delivery guy’s supervisor on his phone.

3 pressing employee questions regarding Covid-19 lockdown
Hi, can my employer expect me to work at 100% time/capacity but only pay me for 60%? No discussion was held with me and employees were informed via email. Upon raising this, i was informed that that business "does not want someone with this mindset on the team". please advise

Is Covid-19 the tipping point for accelerating female leadership in business?
I totally agree Maja, with increased needs for empathy and the increase in flexible working arrangements for many, this pandemic will have a positive impact on female leadership.

South Africa is a legal tax haven
Invest into a South African company ? With all the red tape South African businesses are subject to ? With an untrained labour force ? With entitlement issues and lack of dedication ? - added to which may be a difficulty in finding persons to advice and guide the workers. Chancy situation investing in new unproven enterprises

New research suggests SA's ban on cigarette sales is failing
The result of the cigarette has made cigarettes harder to come by. This in return make the rural areas share more cigarettes than before the ban. Passing 1 cigarette to 4 different people has increased the spread of the virus. Need I say any more?????

Welcome to the latest Monty Python fiasco
Agreed Chris. An additional issue is the lack of investment by agencies and brands in the people and skills to understand and use the right analysis tools. Also ... AMPS was only useful for views of the bottom and middle class. Strategists should (and do) use BrandMapp for in-depth views of the top 30% of adults responsible for 80% of all spend. It's like AMPS for wealthy people - but better! More at www.whyfive.co.za
