thank you. and if they do not rectify this? What is there for us to do? as it seems they have claimed TERS for all Employees, but nobody received anything other than the advance given. What are the consequences of not paying to the employee???
At The Period Project South Africa NPC - we do not particularly advocate for reusable sanitary towels, especially in South Africa, because we need to take into account that some of the very communities we are assisting, do not all have access to clean running water. We also do not advocate for the mooncup or similar products because we are a multicultural nation, where some cultures and religions do not allow for any young woman or woman to insert anything into her vagina before marriage. We need to conscious and respectful. For now until we are in a position where every household has access to clean running water, we rely on the donations of disposable sanitary towels to distribute the schools, financially challenged communities etc, as we have been doing since its inception in July 2015 (two years after the seed was planted that there was need to be met)_
Grossly misleading headline as they are only in the top 5 in the EMEA region. Wouldn't crack top 10 if looking at overall creative agencies of the decade.
Hi there my UIF Ters states that I received R7740.80, however I only received R2400 from my Employer. Could somebody explain to me how that works on a salary of R20,000? Does the company keep the money for themselves or do they take that amount and split it for the months that they aren't paying us the 20% reduction. In my case they said it could be up to 6 months that they are doing the 20% reduction?
Gone are the days when a business could rely on only good quality for a product to sell. every opportunity to be different needs to be leveraged. Last mile connectivity can and will be a major game changer in the worldwide market. Also, agree with the part about 'training' customers to accept product deliveries - click and pick up or curb side pick up.
I've been curious to see if I'm the only person having an unpleasant experience with Shaw Academy while attempting to take courses through their online platform. It appears to me that the company is more interested in taking money from its student in indiscriminate manners than their claim to help them skill up. At the moment, they keep asking you to pay for every component of a particular course even after you have subscribed and they do this in annoying ways. I think any student interested in taking online courses should be aware that this platform can be exploitative in the way it is structured.
Great achievement and great news Omni team, keep flying the learning flag high, look forward to the learning community collaborations to support learning during this time and beyond.
Yeah I wouldn't be quoting Dale Partridge's "People over Profit" the company he based it on completely collapsed due to his poor business and marketing model.
Denying its presence wont do the country any good. I agree that the country might not be ready for this change. My question to this - are we gonna sit back and do nothing just because we believe we are not ready? I just like the fact that you understand that there are advantages though you believe will only benefits those who are rich. Can't we channel them and make sure that they are distributed to improve lives of the poor group and the country at large?
It's very true but I still think many local businesses are reluctant to get social media help from outside sources like agencies and are rather trying to go it alone.
