Heart 104.9FM unforgettable 6th Birthday Bash

Over a thousand Heart 104.9FM 'Cape Town's beat' listeners celebrated the radio station's sixth birthday at an unforgettable Birthday Bash that took place in the city on Friday, 25 February 2012. Heart 104.9FM teamed up with the stunning Trinity nightclub to create an exceptional sold-out party experience. Guests got into the spirit of the 'sexy rock star' theme, partying like rock stars from sunset until the early hours of the next morning.

"This birthday bash was the first music event we've held that featured a lineup of Heart 104.9FM DJs only, and the response was unbelievable! Our jocks took 'Cape Town's beat' to a whole new level; we're definitely going to hold more events like this in 2012," says Heart 104.9FM Marketing Manager, Alexis Searle.

From Clarence Ford's smooth jazz sundowner set, to DJs Suga, Brandon Leigh and Irma G, Diggy Bongz, Pablo and Vernon Carver who served up RnB hits, House and Old School classics, Cape Town's elite shared the dancefloor with celebrities like model and TV presenter Khanya Ngumbela, and musicians Chad Saaiman and Keeno Lee - and to add to the excitement of the evening, lucky guests walked away with prizes the likes of an exclusive 2Oceans helicopter flight for two; vouchers from Game, lingerie sets and bra-fitting consultations from After Eden, and more.
