Europlaw Group expands operations to Kenya and countries of East Africa Community

Europlaw Group, situated in the Republic of South Africa, has made a business decision to expand our cross-border operations by opening offices in Nairobi, Kenya, and also covering the countries of the East Africa Community. Europlaw Group was successful with the name reservation and registered Europlaw Group Kenya Limited under the Companies Act Cap 486 (repealed) and Compliant with the provisions of the Companies Act No. 17 of 2015, Kenya. The decision was taken so Europlaw Group will be positioned offering our professional paymaster and escrow services to Kenya and the countries of the East Africa Community.
Europlaw Group Kenya Limited will become a member of Europlaw Group Incorporated, which is a member of The International Association of Lawyers (UIA- Union Internationale des Avocats), situated in Paris, France. Europlaw Group Incorporated and Jurisconsult Company Limited entered into a Kenya Joint Venture Agreement that was signed in Pretoria, South Africa. Europlaw Group Kenya will offer paymaster, escrow and legal advisory services in Kenya and the countries of the East Africa Community. Europlaw Group Kenya Limited will offer paymaster and escrow accounts (FCA and CFC) through international banks in Kenya and also providing clients’ sub accounts for each authorised client under the banking profile of Europlaw Group Kenya Limited.
