IOL: 'She is not even aware of the issues raised'…The Tshwane Metro Council lost its case against TV magazine show Carte Blanche when the Broadcasting Complaints Commission (BCC) dismissed the municipality's complaints over a broadcast in which widespread fraud, corruption and a range of other undesirable practices in the municipality were revealed on the show. The commission expressed the view that the mayor might not even be aware of the issues raised, or have no answer to them.
